The ZCR fittings of our represented HY-LOK have the following characteristics:

- Available in sizes from ¼ to 1 inch and 6 to 18 mm

- Manufactured in quality 316, 316L, 316L VOD and 316L VIM VAR stainless steel

- Connectors for welding with machine

- The raw material for manufacturing VAR (Single cast 316L) and VIM-VAR (Double cast 316L) is purchased with a strictly controlled sulfur content for the repeatability of the welding.

- Three degrees of electropolishing are available, being standard 0.25 μm and reaching 0.1 μm

- Accessories are cleaned and electropolished before packaging in a level 10 clean room
